Today’s Photo Of The Day is “Burrowing Owl On a Lazy Evening” by Amy Ames. Location: Marco Island, Florida.
“This burrowing owl could barely keep its eyes open as I sat watching it one evening,” says Ames. “As the sun set, the owl became sleepier and more tired and did not move as I slowly moved around documenting its nest.”
