Backpacking Food Basics: 4-Day Ultralight Meal Plan

CAMPING FOOD
In this video, I share what’s in my food bag as an ultralight backpacking dietitian. The number of DIY meals might feel a little overwhelming, but they’re easier than you might think. All of the meals are prepared using only dry ingredients; no dehydrator is required. Simply put the ingredients (most of which are found at your local grocery store) in a bag and seal them up. That’s it! The meals are freezer bag style, which means dinner is ready in 5 minutes or less!
