Peak Refuel Backpacking Meals Review | My Favorite Freeze Dried Meals

Freeze dried and dehydrated backpacking meals have never been my favorite to eat in the backcountry because of how they make me feel. Last year after a week of eating various brands meals on a 5 day trip I couldn’t force myself to eat anymore of those meals. Although I love to cook as fresh of meals as possible from scratch when on the trail, I still wanted to find a meal company that tasted good and didn’t make me feel like garbage after.
